Private draft / Owner approval required

Terms of sale

Business details and operational review required.

The seller and this offer

OWNER TO COMPLETE: legal trader, registration details, geographic address, email, phone and VAT status. These terms are a private draft, not a final customer contract.

Product and vehicle specification

The exact product, variant, included items, intended application and exclusions must be stated before an order is accepted. Vehicle model, body, trim, facelift and existing modifications can matter. A browse filter is not a fitment approval or a roadworthiness guarantee.

Prices, payment and acceptance

OWNER TO CONFIRM: final EUR prices, tax treatment, delivery charges, payment provider, contract-acceptance point and durable confirmation. Fitting labour must be itemised separately. No additional work or charge is agreed by customer silence.

Delivery, availability and fitting

OWNER TO COMPLETE: real delivery areas, rates, lead times, collection arrangements, installer scope and booking rules. Supplier availability is not local stock. An enquiry or payment alone does not authorise unagreed work or reserve a fitting slot.

Cancellation and returns

Irish/EU consumer distance-contract cancellation rights commonly include a 14-day period, with the applicable start date and lawful exceptions depending on the contract. OWNER AND ADVISER TO CONFIRM: the exact goods, service and mixed-contract treatment, model cancellation form, return address and return-cost disclosures. Special ordering does not automatically remove cancellation rights.

Early service and additional work

Where relevant, work during a cancellation period requires the applicable separate express request and disclosures. Any variation in work, price or timing needs a clear agreement before proceeding. OWNER AND ADVISER TO CONFIRM: the wording and actual workflow.

Faults, remedies and complaints

Statutory rights for non-conforming goods or services are not excluded by these terms. Contact the seller about a fault, incorrect item or problem with agreed work. A remedy owed to the customer must not depend on recovery from a supplier. OWNER TO COMPLETE: contact details and complaint/refund handling.

Safety and aftercare

Follow the product-specific instructions and agreed aftercare. If a part appears unsafe, loose or damaged, stop using it where safe and seek competent advice. OWNER TO COMPLETE: product-safety and recall contacts and the actual incident process.
